A decent spot for trials-ing and water fun. Jim, John, Frankie and I met for an afternoon ride. Dr Laura and Lynn were equipped with paddle boards so fun was had by all. Best part was the post ride swim in the lake. The rocks were a bit mossy and it took us a little scouting to dial in a few fun zones but we did. Spills were plentiful, to boast I Ied the pack with the first big tumble, and bricked an "up" so hard I flatted my front tire. Then an abandoned state park picnic table ate my bike. Frankie took a great spill with no ill effects accept it almost shot him over the ledge. Jim and John laughed together and cried together. All in all good fun, too busy riding to take pics, sorry about the very short notice on the events section. We are going to plan an afternoon mid week ride at Bee-bee Cove/Hidden pond in the next week or so.
Wondering if anyone has researched and or successfully converted some sort of non trials mtb 26" frame to a streety trials bike. Something with a long-ish top tube, 0drop bb or so, short stays, low front end like 60-80mm fork and rear disc.
